The structure consists of a hydraulically powered, rising mast and an observation platform (capsule) with a capacity of up to 120 people, which can rotate around its axis and rise to a height of 70 meters. The design is unique worldwide and has been patented in many countries. A distinctive feature of the tower's technical design is that the capsule is raised by raising (extending) the mast itself, at the top of which it is mounted. With the mast lowered, the height of this structure does not exceed 4-7 meters, allowing it to be installed in areas where strict UNESCO height restrictions apply for new buildings and structures, in order to preserve existing historic urban landscapes. The proposed design allows for the installation of the observation tower in close proximity to significant tourist sites that are considered heritage sites of all humanity and are of particular interest to tourists.
